Arora Property Dealer

My place is at 9 Old Railway Road, right across the street from St Michael Church. It’s a landmark that everyone knows, so I usually just tell people to look for the church and they find me fine. Being a property dealer means I’m always on the move. Even though I have the office here, I’m often out checking on plots or meeting folks at their homes. Old Railway Road is a busy stretch, and I’ve seen it go through a lot of phases over the years. Some of the buildings here are quite old, and others are brand new. I try to keep track of it all. Arora Property Dealer is just a one-man show mostly, though sometimes my nephew helps out with the computer stuff. I prefer the old-fashioned way of doing things, like shaking hands and keeping my word. I don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. I just rely on people knowing my name and where my office is. Sometimes the church bells ring while I’m in the middle of a meeting, and we just have to pause for a second. It’s a nice part of the day, actually. I handle all kinds of property, whether it’s a small shop or a family house. It’s just about getting the right person to the right place.
