Our office is located at 117 Sohna Road, right on the 30 Feet Road near Saroorur Chowk in the NIT area. It is a pretty busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through the chowk every day. We have been operating from this same location for a long time now. The office itself is quite simple, just a few chairs and a table where we can sit down and go through property papers with whoever stops by. Being in NIT means we know the local streets and the people living here very well. We spend most of our time talking to neighbors who are thinking about selling their homes or looking for a small shop to rent. It is a very local business, and we don't really do any big advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them to come see us. There is always a lot of noise from the 30 Feet Road, but we are used to it by now. We handle the basic stuff like checking documents and helping folks figure out the property prices in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. It is just a regular place where we do our daily work and try to be helpful to the people around Saroorur Chowk. We like staying right in the middle of things.
