We are situated at Plot No. 63 in Sector-25. It’s a standard industrial area, and our building looks like most of the others on the street. Inside, we focus on making parts for cars and other vehicles at Apls Automotive Industries Pvt. Ltd. There is always the hum of machines in the background. It is a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a team of people who know how to work the equipment and keep things running. We don’t spend much time in a fancy lobby. Most of our day is spent on the floor where the actual work happens. We make things like pistons or valves, though it varies depending on the orders we get. The break room has an old kettle and some chairs that have seen better times, but it’s where we sit and talk about our weekends. We’ve been operating out of Sector-25 for quite some time. We’ve seen the area grow and more factories move in around us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a private company doing automotive work. We keep track of our shipments and make sure things are going where they need to. It’s steady, honest work that keeps us all busy from Monday to Saturday. When the machines turn off at the end of the shift, it gets quiet, and we head home. That is the daily life here.
