You can find our office at Omaxe Heights in Faridabad, specifically in Flat No 105 on the first floor of Tower Mark Block-14. Since it’s a residential complex, it feels a lot more like a home than a typical office space. Working out of an apartment keeps things pretty grounded for ANSM VENTURES LLP. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Instead, it’s just a few rooms where we handle our venture work and keep track of our projects. The view from our windows is just the other buildings in the complex and people walking their dogs or heading to work. The parking lot can get pretty jammed up in the evenings, which is always a bit of a struggle. Most of our day is spent looking at numbers and making sure all the documents for our various interests are in the right place. It’s a steady pace of work without much fuss. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, we just want to do our jobs correctly. Sometimes we end up talking about work over the kitchen counter because it’s more comfortable than sitting at the desks all day. Being in Sector-19 puts us in a decent spot in Haryana, not too far from the main roads but still quiet enough to focus. Most of what we do is just managing the daily details of our ventures. It’s a practical setup that lets us focus on what actually matters for the business.
