We’ve been here in Faridabad at Amtek Auto Ltd for quite some time now. It’s a heavy industrial area, as most people around here know, and things move at a certain pace every day. You have to deal with the dust and the constant noise from the trucks, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our building isn't anything fancy or modern, just a practical place where we get our work done. Some mornings the commute is a real nightmare with the big lorries blocking the main roads, but we usually manage to make it in. The small tea stall right around the corner is where most of us end up during the afternoon break to get a quick break from the heat. It’s funny how you get used to the sounds of the machinery and the constant bustle of the workers. We don’t really spend any time thinking about corporate slogans or big fancy speeches. We just show up, look at what needs doing for the day, and handle it. Amtek Auto Ltd has its roots deep here, and Faridabad feels like the right place for us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the internet starts acting up, and we just find something else to do until it comes back online. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys by name. It's a busy life, honestly.
