Our office is over in Juhu Ville Parle West, at the A-306 address. It’s a part of Mumbai that is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We don't have a giant, fancy building; it’s just a regular office space where we handle a lot of the local work. We mostly deal with credit cards and travel-related services for people in the area. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, working through account issues or helping someone with their travel plans. The office is pretty basic, just the usual computers and desks you’d expect. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been around for a long time. We know the local people who come in and we’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some days are really busy, especially when there’s a holiday coming up and everyone is trying to sort out their travel. We don't use any big corporate language or marketing talk. We just do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a straightforward environment where we try to stay on top of the paperwork and the accounts. The Mumbai weather can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just focus on our tasks and making sure things are handled correctly for everyone who uses our services here in Juhu. It’s just a job that we try to do well every day.
