Sector 6 is mostly just blocks and units like ours. Alloy Cast Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Plot 59. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's a different story with all the equipment. We have been working out of this space for quite a while. The area around us has grown up. More buildings, more traffic. We just focus on the alloys. It’s a technical process but we’ve done it so many times it feels like second nature now. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a shipment is late. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will help you. It's a small crew. We know each other well. Most of the guys have their own way of doing things. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. It’s more about getting the orders out on time. The floor is usually covered in dust or scraps. That's just part of the business. We keep the paperwork in the small office upstairs. It’s cramped but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. Just want to stay steady and keep the output where it needs to be. Plot 59 is our home and we plan to stay here as long as the work keeps coming in. Sometimes the power flickers, and we all just take a break until it comes back. It gives us a chance to catch our breath. We aren't fancy, just folks who have been here for years.
