We are based at Plot 298 in Sector 21-C. It’s a fairly quiet area, which is nice for focusing on what we do. We handle a lot of different industrial supplies and some medical items too. The building is a simple plot where we keep our stock and run the daily operations. There isn't much to see from the outside, just a regular workplace where people are busy doing their jobs. We have been around for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Most of the time, we are just managing orders and making sure everything is packed correctly. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and making sure we don't lose track of anything. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to our customers and try to get them what they asked for. If the phone rings, someone picks it up. If a shipment comes in, we move it. It’s simple, practical, and it works for us. We like being in this sector because it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out without too much trouble. It's just a standard business running out of a standard warehouse space, and that suits our way of working.
