We’re based over in DLF City Phase III, at U22/66. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial blocks. We’ve been working out of this location for several years. We mostly focus on properties within the DLF phases. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is moving where. We don’t have a big corporate office with a receptionist. When you call or visit, you’re just talking to one of us who actually knows the houses. We spend a lot of time walking through the different lanes of Phase III checking on things. The market here moves fast, and it can be hard to keep the listings updated. We just do our best to stay on top of it. We don't bother with a lot of marketing or ads. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know we’ve been here for a while. It’s a simple setup. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of keys. If you’re looking for a place in this part of Gurgaon, we probably know what’s available. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’ll show you what we have and tell you the truth about the price and the landlord. It’s a basic business, but it keeps us busy every day. Dealing with real estate in DLF can be a headache sometimes with the rules, but we’ve learned how to manage. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is done right and the keys are where they should be.
