Alfa Instruments Pvt Ltd is located at 30/2 in the Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial zone—lots of trucks, noise, and people getting things done. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. Our building is a practical one, built for work rather than looking pretty. We spend our time working on various instruments that factories and labs need. It’s a lot of technical stuff, so the shop floor usually has tools and parts scattered around. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, given the location, but that’s just how it is in the industrial sector. We focus on getting the instruments built and checked. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all learned the ropes over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the things we send out actually work the way they should. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually end up talking shop during breaks. Life here is mostly about meeting deadlines and making sure the machines are running properly. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere without any of that corporate fluff. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual hardware we’re dealing with every day. It’s not fancy, but it is real work done by real people.
