Alcon Auto Pvt. Ltd. is based over at 24, Sector-4, in the Industrial Estate. It is a solid place to work. Being in the industrial area means there is always something going on around us. We have been at this address for a long time. The building is simple and gets the job done. We deal with auto parts and the usual industrial stuff that goes with it. It’s not about being flashy. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. The crew here is mostly local people who have been with us for years. Sector-4 is a good location for what we do because all the suppliers are nearby. It makes things easier for everyone. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent on the floor or dealing with the logistics of moving parts. The address is easy to find once you get into the estate. We’ve got a regular rhythm to the day. It starts early and we keep at it until the evening. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, other times it’s quiet enough to catch up on the inventory. We just take it as it comes. It's a real business with real people working hard.
