Ak Pattern Castings

You can find us at shop number 69 in the Rajiv Gandhi Complex. We are right in the heart of Ballabgarh, which is always a loud and crowded place to be. We deal with pattern making and castings. It is a messy kind of job, to be honest. There is always sand and metal scrap around, and the smell of the furnace is just something we live with every day. We aren't a big corporation. It is just a handful of us who know how to work the molds. If you look at our hands, they are usually stained from the materials we use. We don't use high-tech robots or anything. It is all about how you handle the tools and how much heat the metal needs. Sometimes a casting doesn't turn out right and we have to melt it all down and start from scratch. That is just how the trade goes. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep our papers and a calculator. It gets covered in dust no matter how many times we wipe it down. Customers from the local area come by when they need a specific part made for their own machines. We don't have a fancy catalog to show them. We just show them what we are working on at the moment. The summers here are tough because of the furnace, but we just keep at it.
