Our office is at SCO 18 in the Sector 18 Market. It’s a busy place to be, especially on weekends when the market is full of shoppers. We are Air Hostess Academy Pvt Ltd, and this is where we do our training sessions. The building is a standard SCO, so you have to climb the stairs to get to us. It’s a practical space. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the airline training. One room is for English speaking, another for grooming, and then a larger space for the practical stuff. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the business and want to pass it on. The market noise usually stays outside, which is good when we are trying to focus. We see people from all walks of life coming through these doors. Some are very confident, others are quite shy. We treat everyone the same and just get to work. There’s always someone forgetting their notebook or needing a pen. We keep a stash in the drawer for those moments. It’s a straightforward environment. We show up, do the training, and head home when the market starts to quiet down in the evening. Most of the staff here have lived in the area for years, so we know the best spots for a quick snack between sessions. It is just a normal job for us, really.
