Aia Welfare Faridabad Association

Aia Welfare Faridabad Association is based at Plot No 5H, in the Additional Industrial Area. We are near the 19 4 Milestone by the Yamaha plant on Mathura Road. Since we are in an industrial area, it gets pretty busy around here with trucks and people moving things back and forth. It is not a fancy part of town, but it is where a lot of the work happens. Our office is a practical space. We do not have any decorations or expensive carpets. It is a lot of concrete and metal, just like the buildings around us. We have been here for a while and we know the other people working on this stretch of Mathura Road. We are not here to win any awards for how our office looks. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. The noise from the plant nearby is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We do not use any corporate talk or big words. We just say things as they are. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we often go to get a drink and talk things over. It is easier than sitting in the office sometimes. We do not have any shiny plaques. We just have some calendars and maps to help us keep track of things. It is a tough, honest place to work.
