Our shop is number 33, and you’ll find us on the first floor of the Jahalani Compound in NIT, Faridabad. It’s a very busy area, especially with the Faridabad New Town Railway Station so close by. You can often hear the trains or the traffic from the Bata flyover nearby. The compound itself is an older building with a lot of character. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the space feels very settled. Inside, it’s mostly shelves of traditional medicines and a place for us to sit with people. It’s not a modern, sterile-looking office. It feels more like an old-fashioned apothecary. We spend our days talking to people who come in with various complaints. We listen, look through our supplies, and see what might help. It’s a very grounded way of working. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it’s a comfortable place for a conversation. People from all over Faridabad find their way to us because we’ve been here so long. We don’t do much in the way of marketing. Most of our visitors come because a neighbor or a cousin told them about us. It’s a simple operation. We open the shutters in the morning, sweep the floor, and start the day’s work. There’s always a bit of dust from the road outside, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We keep a regular schedule and try to be here whenever people need us.
