Our workspace is out on Badhkal Pali Road in Sector 49, specifically around the Kalindi Hill area of Faridabad. It’s a hilly part of the city, and the views are actually quite nice if you catch them at the right time. We are builders, which means we spend most of our time in boots and dusty clothes rather than in suits. We work on various projects around Faridabad, mostly focusing on residential stuff. The office is really just a place to keep the blueprints and meet with contractors. There is usually a lot of noise from the road and the nearby construction sites. We started this business because we saw how much Faridabad was expanding toward this side. It’s a lot of hard work, dealing with cement, steel, and labor schedules. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. Usually, there’s just a table with some tea cups and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We try to be direct with people about how long things take. Building anything usually has delays, whether it's the weather or the materials not arriving on time. We just deal with those things as they come. People know us for being around the site every day. We aren't sitting in some far-off headquarters. We are right here on the ground, making sure the walls go up straight and the roofs don't leak.
