Ace Polymers India

This is Ace Polymers India, located at Plot No. 274, Sector-58. We share this industrial space and focus on processing different types of plastic materials. The building is a standard industrial unit with high ceilings and heavy doors. It gets very noisy when all the machines are running at once. We spend most of our time monitoring the temperatures and making sure the material flows right. Sector-58 is a busy place with a lot of lorries moving in and out every hour. Sometimes it takes a while for our raw materials to arrive because of the traffic on the main road. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety charts. The office part is just a small partitioned area where we keep the books and take phone calls. It’s not a place for lounging around. We get in early and stay until the production run for the day is finished. The work is repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve got a small crew that has been with us for a bit. We don't talk about missions or visions much. We just focus on getting the weight and the color right for the next batch of plastic. It’s just what we do every day at Plot 274.
