Abhis International

Abhis International is based over in Sector 10 at number 349. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to some of the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage international trade and all the logistics that come with it. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of folders. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here making sure the paperwork for our shipments is in order. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails, often at odd hours because of the time differences with other countries. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have some old chairs and a table where we eat our lunch together. There is a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we just have the overhead fluorescent lamps. We’ve been in this sector for a few years and have gotten to know the other small businesses around us. It's a calm place to work, though it can get stressful when a shipment is delayed or there's a problem at the port. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the details. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just work hard and try to keep things moving in the right direction.
