A. G. Pipes

We are located at Plot No. 4 in the Industrial Area of NIT. It’s a straightforward kind of place. A. G. Pipes is basically a yard and a workshop. We have stacks of pipes in different sizes piled up outside. Most of them are for industrial use, so they’re not exactly pretty to look at. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, so it gets a bit muddy when it rains. We have a small office on the plot, but most of the work happens outside or in the main shed. It’s a busy spot with trucks backing in and out all day. You have to be careful where you walk so you don’t trip over a pipe. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a glossy brochure. If you want to know what we have, you just walk around the yard with one of us. We use a lot of heavy machinery for moving the bigger sections around. It’s a noisy place with the sound of metal clanging and engines running. We start work pretty early to beat the midday heat. There’s no air conditioning in the workshop, just the breeze if we’re lucky. It’s a practical business for people who need things built. We just make sure the pipes are cut right and loaded securely before they head out to the site at the end of the day.
