Om Tradres

If you walk through the Main Market in Jahangirganj, you will find Om Tradres right near the Bade Hanuman temple. We have been set up here in Ambedkar Nagar for quite a while now. The shop is a basic place where we keep our supplies and wait for customers to stop in. Most of the people who come by are locals we have known for years. We handle various trading goods, whatever is in demand or what people tell us they need. The morning starts with sweeping the front and getting things organized, though by noon it usually looks like a mess again. That is just the reality of a busy market shop. We don't use any big marketing tricks or anything like that. People know where we are and they know we will be here from morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes the stock takes a while to arrive because of the roads, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest business around, just a steady one that stays open and does its part. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the shelves are a bit crooked, but they hold the weight just fine. It is a humble way to make a living and we are content with how things go. You get used to the bells from the temple and the smell of the market after a while. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
