Om Sai Traveller

You can find us in Weerganj, which is a busy part of Faizabad. Om Sai Traveller is where we work every day to help people get from one place to another. It’s not a very big office, just a space we’ve rented to keep the business running. We have a few chairs for people to sit in while we talk about their travel needs. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people going to the market. It gets quite noisy, but we’ve grown used to the sound of the city over the years. We started this because we know how hard it can be to find reliable transport when you’re in a hurry. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big website that looks like a corporation. We just have our names and our phone numbers and a lot of experience driving these roads. Faizabad is a place with a lot of history, and we see people coming through for all sorts of reasons. We just try to be straightforward and tell them what’s possible. Sometimes the weather makes the roads difficult, especially during the rains, but we do what we can. The office floor usually has a bit of dust on it by the afternoon because of all the foot traffic. We just sweep it up and start again the next morning. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here.
