We are based at 3/4/41 Niyawan Road. It’s a solid location for what we do at Samant Hybrid Seeds Biotech Private Limited. Handling seeds and biological products is mostly about keeping things at the right temperature and making sure everything is labeled correctly. Our office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the rooms. Most of the space is taken up by storage sacks and testing kits. Niyawan Road can be quite crowded in the afternoons, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend a lot of time checking batches and talking to suppliers on the phone. It is a lot of paperwork too, more than people might think. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone comes to see us, they usually end up sitting in the small office area surrounded by files and samples. It’s a bit of a juggle to keep everything organized, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our list of tasks every day. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to a factory. We just focus on the seeds and the data. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. It is a simple life for us.
