This is Divya Laparo Endo Surgery Centre. You can find us on Parikarma Marg in Civil Lines, which is right near the FDA office. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighborhood has become quite familiar to us. Our center isn't a massive, sprawling hospital. It’s a more focused place where we handle specific types of medical work. The building is functional and clean, which is the main thing we worry about. We don’t have a huge staff, just a group of people who have worked together for a long time and know how to get things done. Sometimes the waiting room gets pretty full, and things can get a little bit hectic, but we just take it one person at a time. We don’t go in for fancy brochures or big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Civil Lines. The traffic on Parikarma Marg can be a bit much in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is around here. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. There’s no corporate jargon or polished sales talk. It’s just a medical facility doing its daily job. We have our routine, and we stick to it, making sure the paperwork is filed and the rooms are ready. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just handle it day by day.
