Chhedi Tour & Travels is based in the National Market in Rudauli. We are quite close to the Nagar Palika, which is a main point of reference in this part of Faizabad. Our office has been here for a long time. We focus on helping local people with their travel plans, whether they are going somewhere for work or just visiting relatives. We don't have a big, fancy setup. It’s just a regular shop in the market. Rudauli is a busy place and there’s always something going on outside. We spend our time talking to customers and trying to find the best ways for them to get to where they need to go. We aren't some large travel agency with hundreds of offices. It’s just a local business run by people who live here. Most of our customers are neighbors or people we see around the market all the time. We don't use any slick sales language or try to push things on people. We just look at the tickets and schedules and see what we can do. Being near the Nagar Palika means it’s convenient for people to drop by while they are doing other things in town. We keep it simple and honest. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everything, but we’ve been doing it for years. We just want to keep serving our community in a way that’s helpful and straightforward. It’s a good feeling when someone’s trip goes well because of the work we did here.
