This specific part of our business is the Pet Preform Division. We are located in Village Chandpur Dabhar, specifically the Semar Chandpur Harbans area on the Allahabad Road. It’s a long name for a place that’s basically just a busy work site. Being on the Allahabad Road means there’s never a quiet moment with all the trucks and buses zooming past. We make the preforms for bottles here. It’s a lot of heat and plastic, so the warehouse can get quite warm during the peak of summer. We have big machines that run most of the time. The floor is concrete and stays pretty dusty no matter how much we sweep it. There’s a lot of storage space because those preforms take up more room than you’d think before they’re blown into actual bottles. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We eat our lunch together in a small shaded area out back. It’s not a fancy corporate office; it’s a factory through and through. The power supply can be a bit moody sometimes, which is always a headache for the machines, but we have backups. We don't have a big sign with lights, just the address and the name on the main gate. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure the counts are right at the end of every shift. We keep a stack of old newspapers in the break room that nobody ever reads.
