At Uzaron Infrastructure Private Limited, we are basically just a group of people working out of number 73 in Sabitganj. Etawah can be a pretty crowded place during the day, so getting to the office at 73 Sabitganjetawah sometimes takes longer than you would think because of the traffic. We deal with various infrastructure bits, mostly around the local area here. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and some old coffee mugs because there is always something to look at or fix. It’s not a shiny place with glass walls; it’s just a regular building where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys on the ground making sure they have enough gravel or bricks. If the weather is bad, everything slows down and we end up just sitting around the office talking about how to catch up on the schedule. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations. People come to us when they have a building job in Etawah that needs sorting out. Usually, it’s just someone calling us up to ask when the next load of materials is arriving at the site. We try to keep things simple and honest because that’s just how we are. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows and keep writing notes by hand. It’s a bit of a grind some days, but seeing a wall go up makes it feel okay.
