Shree Shanker Trading Company

Shree Shanker Trading Company is right here at Shop No A 6 in Naveen Galla Mandi. Most days it’s pretty loud because of all the trucks moving in and out on Etawah Road. We've been around for a bit, just handling the daily trading work that comes through the gates. The office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs and some ledgers, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the dust from the grain bags gets everywhere, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. People stop by to chat or settle accounts, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere nearby. It’s busy work, but we like the routine of the mandi life. You see the same faces every morning, from the drivers to the laborers who do the heavy lifting. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. Usually, it's just us figuring out the day's prices and making sure the stocks are where they need to be. The sun hits the shop front hard in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. It's just a normal trading spot where we try to keep things moving without too much fuss. If you’re ever walking down Etawah Road, you’ll see our sign among all the others. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business in a crowded market.
