Sainova Builders & Developers Limited is located in Etawah, right above the IDBI Bank at 0801 Mamta Press. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the area. We’ve been working out of here for a while, focusing on various building projects around town. Being in a place like 206001, you get to know the locals and how things work. Construction is a tough gig, especially when you’re trying to balance the budget and the timeline. We don't have a big glossy brochure or anything like that. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see the buildings going up. It’s mostly about getting the right people on the job and making sure they have what they need. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to get materials delivered on time, which is harder than it sounds sometimes. The office is just a place to sit down and catch our breath between site visits. We don’t really do the whole polished business thing. We’re more comfortable on a site with a hard hat on. Every project has its own headaches, but we just deal with them one at a time. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We’re just trying to do a decent job for the folks in Etawah and keep the business going.
