Mannat Food Industries

Our business, Mannat Food Industries, is located in the Pakka Bagh area. It’s an old part of town with narrow lanes and a lot of history. Working in the food industry here means we are always surrounded by the smells of whatever is being cooked or processed that day. We started out with just one small room and have slowly taken over a bit more space as we needed it. It’s a tight fit, but we make it work. We handle a variety of food items, mostly things that people use in their daily meals. There’s a lot of cleaning and sorting involved before anything gets packed. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years, so we all know each other's families and stories. Pakka Bagh is a place where everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning. We just have our work floor and the storage area. Sometimes the power goes out, or the deliveries get stuck in traffic, but that’s just life here. We don’t try to make it sound like we are some big corporation. We are just a local industry trying to provide decent food products to the people who need them. Most of our day is spent making sure the quality is okay and the bags are sealed tight. It’s simple work, but it keeps us going. We’ve been at this for years and plan to keep at it for many more.
