Maclave Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

Maclave Pharmaceuticals is located in Etawah, right near the Agro area in Ashok Nagar. We share the space near Asha Tripathi’s place. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives around this part of town. We’ve been operating out of this part of Etawa for a while now. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. We mainly handle the storage and the clerical side of the pharma business. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and tea. We have a few shelves that stay packed with different supplies. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting the accounting and taxes done. We don’t do much advertising at all. Most people know us through word of mouth or because they see our delivery bikes going around the streets. It’s a hands-on kind of job for us. If a shipment arrives late in the evening, we stay late to sort it out. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone helps with everything, from answering the phone to taping up heavy boxes. The rainy season makes things a bit tricky with the dampness, so we have to be extra careful with the storage area. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner during the hot afternoons. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to get things done. We like the location because it’s close to the main roads but out of the way.
