You can find us over at B-90 in the Avas Vikas Colony in Etawah. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main market area, which suits us just fine for our daily work. Guru Gyandas Buildcon Private Limited is a local operation through and through. We started working here in Etawah because we saw how much the town was expanding and needed more buildings. Most of our days are spent checking on different construction sites or talking to people about their building needs. We don't have a big corporate office with receptionists and fancy desks. It is mostly just us handling things directly with the people involved. Living and working in Uttar Pradesh, you learn that things do not always go according to plan, like when the rains hit unexpectedly or there is a delay with the trucks. We just deal with those things as they come. Being in Avas Vikas Colony puts us right in the middle of where people are actually living and wanting to build new homes. We aren't big on fancy speeches or making things sound better than they are. We just know how to put buildings together. It is a lot of coordination, making sure the materials arrive on time and the workers know what the plan is for the day. Some people might find the work tedious, but we like seeing a project come together from the ground up right here in our own town. It is just what we do.
