If you’re driving down Etawah Road in Babarpur, you’ll find our Eye Care Clinic and Opticals right next to the Rajput Medical Store. Being next to a pharmacy is actually pretty handy for the people who come to see us. In this spot in Auraiya, we’ve been working for a while now. The shop is narrow, but we’ve managed to fit in the testing equipment and a good selection of glasses. When a whole family comes in together, it gets a little cramped, but we make it work. Checking the inventory and making sure the mirrors are clean is how I usually spend my mornings. No fancy coffee machines here, just a water dispenser in the corner. People mostly come in because they’ve been having headaches or can’t read the signs on the road anymore. Because rushing doesn't help anyone, we take our time with the tests. Especially with the trucks going by, the street noise can be a lot sometimes. Although our sign is a bit faded from the sun, people still find us. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. Many of the faces that walk through the door are familiar to us. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a practical place to get your eyes looked at and maybe find some new specs. Fair prices are what we aim for since we know everyone around here. It's just a simple neighborhood business we've got.
