Dr S N Gupta Memorial Hospital

This hospital is tucked away at 89 Kuncha Sheel Chandra in the New City area. It’s been sitting on this street for a while and serves as a main point for medical care for the families living nearby. The building has a lot of history to it and you can tell by looking at the walls that many people have walked through these doors over the years. We deal with all sorts of cases every day from minor scrapes to more serious stuff that requires staying in a bed for a few days. New City is a place that is always growing but we try to keep that old-fashioned feeling where everyone knows who you are. It’s not one of those massive corporate hospitals where you feel like just a number on a chart. Here, the staff usually recognizes the faces coming in. The rooms are basic but they serve the purpose of getting people back on their feet. Sometimes the hallways get a bit cramped when it’s a busy morning, but we just move things along as best as we can. Being at number 89, we are easy to find once you get into the Kuncha Sheel Chandra neighborhood. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the equipment is running and the patients have what they need. It is a busy life running a hospital in this part of town.
