The office for Velga Textiles Llp is tucked away in New Mandi, Etawah, specifically at Raghvendra Singh’s place. If you’ve been to the Mandi, you know how it is. It’s dusty, loud, and there are tractors and carts everywhere. It’s a busy spot to do business, but it’s where everything happens. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the textiles, checking the loads, and talking to the people who bring them in. It isn't a corporate setup by any means. We have a couple of chairs that have seen better days and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it works for us. Working in Etawah means you have to be okay with the heat in the summer months. We usually get started early before it gets too unbearable. Raghvendra is around most of the time, making sure things stay on track. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. You learn to be patient when you're running a textile business in a place like this. There’s a lot of manual work involved, moving bales around and keeping track of who owes what. We just try to do our job and go home at the end of the day. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way for a bit now.
