Anjali Food Court Llp

It gets pretty crowded here at 24 Katra Seva Kali most days. We started this food court because people around this part of town needed a place to grab something quick without a lot of fuss. It isn't a fancy setup with big lights or anything like that. Just some stalls and places to sit down. Every morning the shutters go up and the stoves get lit. You can hear the sounds of pans clanking and people talking over their meals. We have different things to eat depending on what the cooks felt like making that day. Sometimes it is a bit loud, especially when the lunch rush hits and everyone is trying to get served at once. There are people from the nearby shops who stop by, and some families too. We try to keep things clean enough but it is a busy spot, so there is always something to do. The floor needs sweeping and the tables need wiping down all the time. It is just a regular food court where people come to eat and then go back to their work. Nothing more to it really. We spend most of our time in the back or making sure the counters are stocked. It is hard work staying on your feet all day but that is how it goes here. People seem to know where we are now and it has become part of the daily routine for the neighborhood.
