A G Y Construction Llp is a small local company operating from Ground Floor Shop Number 2207 in Prem Nagar. We are not some big corporation with multiple floors of office space; we just have this one shop where we organize everything. Most days you can find us there looking over hand-drawn plans or we are out at a job site somewhere in the vicinity. Being on the ground floor is nice because it makes it very easy for neighbors to just walk in and have a chat with us about their projects. We have lived and worked in Prem Nagar for a long time and have watched the streets change quite a bit over the years. Our work is mostly about getting things built properly and ensuring the materials arrive at the site on time. It involves a lot of physical labor and a lot of phone calls to coordinate everyone. We do not have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just take on the jobs that come our way and try to finish them without causing too much of a mess. Sometimes things get delayed because the rain is too heavy or a supplier is late, which is just the way it goes in this line of work. We try to be honest about how long things are actually going to take. It is just a few of us making a living in the building trade.
