Premraghu Hospital & Paramedical Institute

Down here in Hathras, we run both the hospital and the paramedical institute. It’s a bit of a dual life. One side of the building is where the patients are, and the other side is where the students are learning. It makes the place feel very alive because there are always young people around trying to figure out how to be nurses or technicians. Hathras isn't a huge place, so everyone kind of knows where we are. We've been here for a good amount of time. The building is a bit older, and you can see the wear on the floors from all the walking back and forth. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just put up our sign and started working. Teaching the students is a lot of work. They have to learn the theory but also how to actually help people in the wards. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallways when a class is letting out. The hospital side stays pretty busy with locals coming in for various issues. We don't have fancy gadgets everywhere, just the stuff that works. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting early in the morning. It’s just a regular part of life in Hathras for us. We keep the doors open and do our best with what we have.
