Kr.Manohar Singh Sr.Sec. School Etah

This school is located out in Vill-Chamakari, near Etah. It’s a quiet area, mostly fields around us. We’ve been running Kr.Manohar Singh Sr.Sec. School for quite a few years now. The building is simple, just classrooms and a playground where the kids run around. Being in a rural spot like Distt-Etah means things move at a different pace. We have students coming in from the nearby villages every morning. It can get dusty in the summer and a bit muddy when the rains come, but we manage. The staff rooms are usually filled with notebooks and lesson plans. We don't have all the high-tech stuff you see in the big city schools. It’s more about the basics here. We spend our days teaching and making sure the kids are safe. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to carry on with the windows open. It’s a local place for local families. We know most of the parents by name because everyone around here is connected. We keep the place going because the children need a spot to learn near home. It’s not a fancy institution with a huge budget. It’s just a school in the village trying to do its part. We show up, ring the bell, and start the day like anyone else. There's always some noise from the courtyard, but that is just how a school should be.
