Designation

We are based in Etah, Uttar Pradesh. It’s one of those places where things move at their own speed. Designation isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees or a big HR department. We are just a few people working out of this space in the 207001 area. We’ve seen the town change over the years, but our daily routine stays mostly the same. We get in, have some hot chai, and see what needs to be done. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and helps where they can. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the dust from the road outside, but that’s just part of being here. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just do it. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and answering calls. It’s not very exciting stuff to most people, but it’s what we do. We like being in Etah. It’s our home. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know who we are. There’s no need for polished brochures or big marketing campaigns. We let our work speak for itself, even if it’s just the small things. We’re just local folks trying to make a living and keep things moving forward. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough to keep the days going by fast. We don't ask for much more than that.
