We are located at Plot No 39 in the Mini Industrial Estate in Shujawalpur. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us at Care And Care Buildwell Llp, it works. Ganjdundwara and the rest of Kasganj have their own way of doing things. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always a bit noisy with machines and trucks moving in and out. We don’t mind it much. Our day usually starts pretty early, trying to beat the midday heat. We deal with a lot of local building projects. Sometimes we’re working on something small, other times it’s a bigger warehouse or a wall. It’s honest work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a few people who know how to handle bricks and mortar. The office is usually a mess of site plans and coffee cups. People drop by to talk about their plans, and we just sit down and figure out what’s possible. It isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes the weather stops us or we can't get the right sand. But we’ve lived in this area long enough to handle the bumps. We just want to do a decent job so people don’t have to worry about their buildings later on. It’s just life in Kasganj for us, and we keep the radio playing in the background most of the time to keep the mood up.
