VELAVAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is over at No. 99/D/16 in Ramanathan Nagar. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you’re driving a larger car. We’ve been operating this Nidhi company for a bit, and it’s mostly just a few of us handling everything. The office is basically one large room with some partitions we put up to give a bit of privacy for meetings. We don't have any fancy carpets or designer furniture. Everything is practical and a bit worn in, which is how we like it. Most of our members are from the surrounding streets, so we see the same faces week after week. It makes the job feel a bit more personal, I guess. We spend a lot of time making sure the entries in the ledgers match up with the cash on hand. It’s a lot of counting and double-checking, which can be tiring by the end of the day. We usually have a big water jug near the entrance for anyone who’s been walking in the heat. There’s no air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that hum along while we work. We don't do much in the way of fancy reports; we just keep things clear and simple so everyone knows where they stand. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business, and we’re just happy to have a space in Ramanathan Nagar to do our work every day.
