Varshan Constructions

Our office is on the second floor of the Chakra Complex, right across from Royal Theatre Road. Being near the Collectorate and the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement around us. We have been based here in Erode for a while now, handling all sorts of building projects. It is not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are dealing with blueprints, workers, and piles of gravel. We started this business because we liked seeing things being built from the ground up. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and old files, but we know where everything is. We do not spend money on expensive ads. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. We take things one day at a time. If there is a problem with a foundation or a wall, we just fix it. The walk up to the second floor keeps us fit, I guess. It is a good spot to see what is happening in the city. We do residential work mostly, but we are not picky. As long as it is honest building work, we are interested. Life in construction is about solving problems before they get too big. We are just a group of guys trying to make a living by building things that last for the local community here. We stay busy and we like to keep our clients updated on the progress.
