Unique Care

Unique Care is located at No. 2 Meenakshi Sundaram Street. It’s right there in Thirunagar Colony. It’s a small house that we turned into an office. It still feels like a home, which is nice. We deal with various care items. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us here. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. The street outside is quiet most of the time. We have some trees in front that give us some shade in the afternoons. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a few desks. We don't use much fancy software. A ledger and a basic computer do the trick for us. We aren't trying to sell anyone things they don't need. If someone comes in looking for help, we just talk to them like neighbors. That’s because we are neighbors. We’ve lived in this area for a long time. The business started because we saw a need for these things locally. It’s grown a bit, but we’ve kept it simple. Sometimes we run out of stock and have to tell people to wait a few days. They usually don't mind. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We are just doing our part at No. 2 Meenakshi Sundaram Street. It's a good way to spend the day. We usually close up right on time so everyone can get back to their families. We enjoy the simple routine of being a small business in a friendly neighborhood like this.
