Unique Building Automation

Unique Building Automation is based at 114 Mettur Road. We are directly across the street from Adayar Ananda Bhavan. Most people around here use that as a reference point when they are trying to find our building. It is a good spot to be in because it is easy to explain to anyone. We have been here for a while now, working on various building automation projects. The office is a bit small, but it fits everything we need. We have some equipment laying around and some desks for the paperwork. It is a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We do not really go for the polished, high-end corporate look. We are more interested in just getting the automation systems working the way they should. The traffic on Mettur Road can be a bit much during the rush, but that is part of being in this area. We have grown to like the rhythm of the street. Our team is small and we have known each other for a long time. We just take things one day at a time. There are no big mission statements hanging on the walls here. We just show up, look at the plans, and get to work. It is a practical business for practical people. If you are ever near the restaurant across the street, you will see our sign.
