Traninee In QcQasprial Pipe Division Welspun

I am P.Eswari, and I’m currently working as a trainee over in the QcQasprial Pipe Division at Welspun. It is a pretty straightforward job, even if the name of the division sounds a bit complicated when you first hear it. My days are mostly spent on the factory floor or at a simple desk, focusing on the quality control side of the pipe business. Welspun is a large company, but for me, it’s all about this specific division and learning how everything works from the ground up. There isn’t much room for fancy talk here. It’s mostly about inspecting metal and making sure the pipes meet the standards they are supposed to. I spend a lot of time checking measurements and looking for any issues that might come up during production. It’s a bit loud and dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is in a pipe division. I’m still in the training phase, so I ask a lot of questions and try to keep up with the more experienced workers. It’s not a corporate office job with a view; it’s a practical, hands-on environment. I don’t have a big title or anything, just my name, P.Eswari, on the shift list. Every morning I come in, put on my gear, and get to work. It’s a lot of repetition, but that is how you learn the details. I’m just focused on getting through the day and doing the job as well as I can.
