We are based out in Erode, specifically on URC Nagar 3rd Street in Veerapanpalayam. Being in Thindal, it’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice. The office here at URC Construction has been our home base for a long time. It’s a local spot where most of us grew up nearby. We do a lot of building work across Tamil Nadu, but this is where all the planning happens. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with lots of rooms for the different departments. You’ll usually see a few company trucks parked outside on the street. It gets pretty hot here in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full speed. We don't really go for fancy titles or formal meetings. Most decisions happen over a cup of coffee in the break room. We have a lot of history in this town, and many of the people working here have fathers or uncles who worked in construction too. It’s a bit like a big family, for better or worse. We focus on getting the jobs done and making sure the sites have what they need. There's always a bit of mud on the floors from people coming in from the field. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work every day. We just try to keep things moving and get the projects finished on time for the people who hired us.
