Redsign

We've been at No. 112 Lakshmi Gardens Therkupallam for a while now. Redsign is just a small group of us working here. It gets a bit busy during the week, but we like the neighborhood. Sometimes it’s hard for folks to find the gate because the sign is small, but once you’re in, it’s fine. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big glass doors. Mostly, we just sit at our desks and get things done. The building is quiet enough most days, though the neighbors sometimes play loud music. We started out with just two people and a couple of old computers that used to freeze up. Now there are a few more of us, but the space feels about the same. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. If someone needs something, they just walk over and ask. Therkupallam is a decent place to be based. It’s close to where most of us live, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains and the roads get messy. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. People often ask what we do exactly, and it's hard to put into a single word. We just handle the work that comes in. There’s no big grand plan here. We just try to finish what’s on the list for the day and go home. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project gets stuck. We don't spend much on decorating the place. It's just a practical office.
