Texcity Cargocarriers

We spend most of our time here at 7A Park Road, right by the IOB Main Road branch. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but that is just part of being in the transport business. Usually, there are trucks pulling in and out or drivers checking their manifests before heading out for a long haul. We keep the office simple. There is a desk for paperwork and some chairs for when people need to wait. Managing cargo is mostly just keeping track of where things are and making sure they get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains heavy on the main road, but we just keep moving along. The staff here has been around for a while. We know the routes and we know how to pack a load so it stays put. It isn't anything fancy. Just a lot of loading, unloading, and checking the logs. We see a lot of regular faces coming through the door from the neighborhood. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at schedules. If you walk past the IOB, you will probably see our sign and a couple of lorries parked up nearby. It is a busy spot, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things organized so nobody is waiting too long for their delivery. It is just everyday work for us.
