Tender Department

Our place is called the Tender Department, and you can find us at 65 Selvam Nagar in Erode. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the main market area. We spend most of our time looking through documents and government notices. If you’ve ever dealt with tenders, you know it’s mostly about deadlines and making sure every single page is signed and stamped. It’s a lot of detail work that can get a bit boring if you aren't used to it. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The fans are usually running full speed because Erode gets quite warm. Most of the staff here have been doing this for years, so they know the different portals and requirements by heart. We don’t really do a lot of advertising because our work is very specific. People find us when they need help with the bidding process or just want to make sure their paperwork is right before submitting it. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, then rushing to the post office or uploading files at the last minute. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a group of people who are good at handling forms and following rules. We just keep things moving along, one application at a time, making sure we don't miss any of those tiny details that usually trip people up.
