Our place is at 3/17-3 in Mariyapuram, which is part of the Merkupathi post area near Kunnathur. It is a bit of a drive from the center of Coimbatore, but we do not mind. The building belongs to Shankar’s family and we have been using this space for a while now. It is a practical setup for us. We do not have big signs or anything. If you come by, you will probably see some laundry drying nearby or some bikes parked out front. Inside, it is just a room where we get our things done. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us working through the day. The 638103 area is quite peaceful most of the time. We listen to the birds and the occasional tractor passing by. It is not a corporate office. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of water because it gets warm. Sometimes we sit on the porch to discuss things when it is too hot inside. We do not have a formal way of doing things. We just see what needs to be finished and we work on it until it is done. It is an honest, simple way to spend our time here. We like being tucked away from the main city noise. It lets us focus on what is important without too many distractions. Most days are just like that, simple and steady.
